In response to requests, the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has extended the public comment period on the draft list of impaired streams in West Virginia to June 26. These streams are commonly referred to as the 303(d) List. The extension allows citizens more time to review and comment on the streams on the list, which may be seen at dep.wv.gov.
