River of Promise Meeting, Wednesday, January 25

The first River of Promise meeting of 2017 will be held next week, on Wednesday, January 25, beginning at 10:30am at the Monongalia County Health Department.

We are excited to host our guest speaker, Danielle Martin (USDA Forest Service, Forest Pathologist), presenting on her work "Diagnosing Emerging Forest Diseases in the Northeast Area." We will discuss current AMD projects and a potential Cheat River fecal coliform monitoring pilot study. A representative from the Office of Special Reclamation will also give a progress report on the new T&T treatment facility.

We hope to see many of you there!

Cheers,
